After a long war and several tours of duty, our country?s Iraqi veterans are home or soon on their way.? West Virginia?s oldest parade, the Ripley Fourth of July Parade will honor our returning veterans making the 2012 parade theme, ?Honoring Our Iraqi Veterans.?
The 4th Celebration Committee encourages all of the returning Iraq veterans and their families to participate in the parade which will be held Wednesday, July 4, at noon.
As always, the Parade Committee encourages all veterans to participate in the parade. ?
Information about the parade lineup can be found on the parade registration forms which can be picked up at Ripley City Hall, the Ripley Branch of the Jackson County Library and several businesses in Ripley. ?
